Workshop Venue

The Conference will be held in Hotel Sopron (H-9400 Sopron, Fövényverem utca 7. ).

Access to the hotel: If you are arriving from direction of Budapest, after the first roundabout you have to follow the road leading to Vienna and in the second roundabout you have to choose once more the road leading to Vienna. Following this road after 200 meter you can enter our parking place if you turn the left.

Hotel Sopron use the slogan "Window to the town" to emphasize the unsurpassed view over the historical downtown. The hotel is situated only 3-4 minutes from the city-center and only ten minutes walking to the Conference Center.

Language

English will be the conference language. No interpretation will be provided.

Transportation

Sopron is located only 70 kms from Vienna Airport (Schwechat) and 220 kms from Budapest.

Optional transfer could be organized from Vienna Airport (Schwechat) or from Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) to Sopron and after the conference to Vienna and to Budapest to the Airport /depends on the number of the participations/.

Sopron can be accessed from Vienna Airport (Schwechat) by car or by taxi (about 50 min.) (taxi price: 80-100 EUR appr.). From Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) Sopron can be reached by car on motorway M1 then on motorroads 85 and 84 or by train. Please check www.elvira.hu for train timetables.
